Categories of Data Collected 

Depending on the services provided, NARON may process the following data categories: 

- Identification data (e.g., name and surname)
- Contact details (e.g., address, phone number or email)
- Credit card details, necessary for booking payment or to guarantee it, and to pay for the associated services;
- User identification codes or keys;
- Date and time of booking;
- Surveys during or after the visit;
- Technical and location data generated when using our website and/or application.
   

Purposes and Processing 

SERCOTEL will process your data for the following purposes: 

- Manage the delivery of the contracted service, as well as additional services during the stay.
- Collect and process your personal data through the registration form to facilitate the management of the commercial, accounting, and administrative relationship with clients related to services and accommodations in our hotels. This processing is based on the execution of the pre-contractual relationship you maintain with us.
- Work for promotional and marketing purposes, including sending electronic commercial communications for all products and services we offer, as well as those related to the hotel sector (travel, gastronomy, leisure, etc.), based on the prior consent given for sending communications. To carry out the previous task, NARON may analyze the obtained data to create user profiles that allow defining in more detail the products that may be of interest to them. 

 

If the User wishes to stop receiving commercial or promotional communications from NARON, they can request to unsubscribe by sending an email to the following address: rgpd@sercotel.com, as well as indicating their refusal to receive them using the opt-out option provided in each of the commercial communications sent. 

 

- Address requests, inquiries, complaints, and/or claims made by the user through the contact email provided, based on the consent given when sending the request, query, complaint, and/or claim. 

- Certify the hiring, perform analytics for the automation of tasks with the aim of improving the quality of technical and commercial attention, verify customer or user satisfaction through the recording of their voice, and, where appropriate, transcribe the attention provided through the enabled channels.
- Contact medical-assistance if the client requests or requires it. 

- Conduct satisfaction surveys. The legitimate basis will be the user's consent. 

- The spontaneous collection or sending of your Curriculum Vitae aims to study applications so that our Human Resources department proceeds to select staff that meets the ideal profile to join the company, based on the pre-contractual relationship in which the interested/candidate is a party and the consent given. 

 

Data Retention 

Your data will be retained for the period necessary to fulfill each purpose or to comply with applicable legal requirements, or, until the user exercises their rights of erasure and opposition, or revokes their consent. 

  

Data Recipients 

Your data may be disclosed to: 

- Companies that are part of the Sercotel Group (Sagatu Asociados Comercial Hotelera, S.L., Sercotel Operadora, S.L., etc.) for the proper development or provision of any of the services provided and for the purposes previously outlined. 

- Third parties in charge of processing that provide their services to NARON or any company of its group of companies, with whom the corresponding agreement has been signed guaranteeing compliance with the GDPR and adequate security measures. 

- Companies in charge of the direct management and operation of the establishments that are part of the Sercotel Group. However, not all establishments will process your data, only the establishment for which the booking is made. 

- State Security Forces and Bodies, in compliance with current legislation. 

  

Rights 

At any time, you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, and opposition, portability, and limitation of processing, as provided in GDPR (EU) 2016/679, by addressing the above address or by email to rgpd@sercotel.com. 

The request must specify which of these rights you request to be satisfied and must be accompanied by a photocopy of your ID or equivalent identification document. 

Likewise, you can oppose or revoke your consent through the contact route indicated at the beginning of this text. 

If you have not obtained satisfaction in the exercise of your rights or the way to exercise them, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency. Get more information at www.agpd.es 

  

Confidentiality 

Personal data that NARON has collected from the client will be treated confidentially, in accordance with current legislation. 

  

Translation to Languages 

All the information and documentation available in the different versions of this website are provided solely for informational purposes. In case of discrepancies between the content of versions in other languages and the original Spanish version, the latter will prevail. 

If our data protection policy had to change due to legislative changes or criteria from the Data Protection Agency, you would be properly informed of any variation that was necessary to comply with the law.
